Dry hot skin

Hello doctor,
Please suggest a remedy for dry hot skin with needling sensation.
A need is felt for applying moisturising cream multiple times a day.
The skin has reddish hue.

Where all on your body do you feel this symptom?
What hour of the day is it more or less?
If it is intermittent what triggers this effect ?
Do you also feel itchy alongwith hotness?
If you itch does any fluid or blood ooze?
What gives you relief from this?
