Shifting pain in left pelvis/groin with mild tingling in left calf muscle

I am 63 yo man. Experiencing tiredness in pelvic region with dull left-sided pain which keeps shifting from left groin to left hip joint and
hamstring. While standing mild tingling (ant like feeling) in left calf muscles is also felt. Pain is less when wearing soft sole shoes but increases with formal shoes. OTC allopathic pain-killers like ibuprofen, diclofenac, etc give immediate but temporary relief. Its about 2 months now. Lower back X-ray in standing position shows mild stenosis and presence of osteophytes in the lumbar spinal column. Kindly suggest a homeopathic remedy. Thanks
