6 year old sinus infection, vertigo

Daughter 6 years old.
Woke up this morning throbbing headache temples. Could not look side to side with eyes, pain under eyes. Sounds like a sinus infection and vertigo dizziness causing her to vomit. Has to keep head down. Pai is causing her to cry. Husband is currently sick with cough and had exposure to friend with positive covid.
Ant help would be wonderful for daughter, husband and family.

Daughter Gelsemium 200 5 drops in water/ 04 pills single dose post symptoms as and when any change
There shud be a change soon so do not repeat the remedy without posting symptoms
