Cold shivering motion or vomit after eating very little

I have caught cold for the last few days. Constant cough with hard to release phelgm. Stomach cramps due to hunger but vomit after eating only little ( taking very light food chye biscuits only) loose foul smell motion twice a day. Fatigue no energy in the body restless all the time
Kindly advise me some remedy please

Belladonna 200
Both once a day for three four days
05 drops in water /04 pills is one dose
