Passive nature

Please suggest any medicine for passive nature. Also he dont initiate talks with himself. Waits for others. And also replies in an uncertain way. If he is telling right or not. And tries to speak in low voice (daba daba aawaz me) maybe so others dont get offended or he is uncertain. Tht he may look stupid for what he is saying or his actions. Gets too consious but still makes mistakes in listening and grasping half of thing what was said. And inteprwting it.
