I am suffering from Dizziness since last 6 months ... If i change my position abruptly, dizziness will come ...
and I get tired very easily ...
After i morning exercise, i feel dizzy . But the intensity of dizziness is little bit reduced compared to its intensity 6 months ago . I am also suffering from indigestion (very severe) and burning sensation in stomach ...
I am getting a vomiting like sensation every now&then .
whats the best medicine i can go for ???

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It is possible that your vertigo is due to hyperacidity which seems to be chronic in your case.

This condition is easily cured with Nat Phos 6x (Biochemic Cell Salts). Dose 2 tablets taken after lunch and dinner.

Please report response.

Start taking the Nat Phos and give me more data on your breathlessness. Do you shower in cold water which shocks you and can cause this breathlessness ?

Do you have a wheeze or Asthma ?
