Carcinosin and pulsatilla

Not sure why my old posts are not here anymore
Took advice before regarding my long time suffer from my parents long time physical and emotional insults and being compared to others.
I am 38 years old, shy have low confidence stutter s bit, have right side headache goes from the top head to legs, sciatica, no libido and depression which lasted since my childhood now I suffer from burst of anger at my kids and impatience which is affecting me a lot.
Someone here based on my symtoms suggested pulsatilla 7x I actually felt better and finished the whole bottle. I sleep like a pulsatilla with arm above the head or sleep on the side elbow to knee position I also love bread and butter and dislike fat.

6 months ago I took Carcinosin 200 also it subsided my depression and felt better
I had to repeat Carcinosin 200 4 days ago when the depression hit me again and I was unable to look after my kids.
My question can I take pulsatilla with Carcinosin dose ? Im still timid and have social phobias and migraine only I feel better from depression. Should I go to pulsatills 200 if 7x doses worked?
