Raised red bumps on hand
Hi,Posting some pics of my friend hand. He suddenly had itching sensation on right hhand and he scratched it. Next day morning this is the result
He told he had sweet orange juice outside and late night peanuts.
Unable to figure out what this is
Is it Scabies/ dermatitis or Herpes ?? Tototally confused.

I felt symptoms are worse during night with he heavy itching. Any good cure in homeopathy
One day before this red bumps, my friend he had 2 bottles of plain soda(sparkling water) and spicy chicken.
Still confused. But its severely itchy
. suggest good medicine.
