Attn:Dr Anuj reocurring left headache
Sir,Hope you are doing great. My left side headaches recurring. On set symptoms, left side muscle spasms( twiching), sudden pain I left side of neck or shoulders, strain in vision, concentration and reading for couple of hrs. Once headache sets in these symptoms reducing. All diagnostics normal.
Kindly advice.

Thanks sir, just for your consideration. I i was diagnosed for
spondylitis and disc changes. No medicines I am taking as of now. Also ibs episodes.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.
DAY 4 ONWARDS
Lycopodium 200C mixed with Arsenicum album 3C/6C
Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 2 Times daily.
Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.
Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.
IN ADDITION MAG PHOS 6X AND KALI MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
SLEEP ON HARD BED WITHOUT A PILLOW.

Dear Anuj Sir,
Neck pain and mild dizziness continues. Better on lying. So not sitting for more than 2 hrs at a stretch. Doing neck disk decompress exercises, applying oils to neck and using correct posture with external monitor etc. That is giving some relief.
I also want to mention I have calcination of kidney cysts. Taking no medicines till date for that.
12years back initially when i met a homeo doctor for neck pain, he said neck pain and calcination is both inter-linked and they are due to mal absorption of calcium in the body/bones. But I couldnt take any medicines from him as we moved out of the city. Does this matter?
I have albumin/sugar in urine (urine frothy).
Taking metformin for diabetic(type-2) but urine still frothy.
I came to know albumin is needed to carry calcium into cells/bones so losing albumin causing calcium mal-absorption?.
Will cow milk helps to strengthen spine?
Also i have soft warts since my childhood.

Dear Anuj Sir, Neck pain/associated headaches are almost gone. Thank you so much. Just had one day mild feverishness/flu last week. But since then i am getting anxiety, acidity/burning sensation and gas. BP fluctuating between 155/100 - 120/85. Not taking any medicine yet.
Could you please suggest ?
