Dr Anuj shrivastv : Severe constipation and insulin resistance muscle aches

Dear doctor
Female age 49
I have muscles aches for almost 1 year I was prescribed rhuxtox and some other medication for this purpose.
I feel better when I take ramedies but if I skip same pain starts again.
Now I have another issue which is severe constipation for last few months
I drink enough water I go for walk everyday I eat salads but no relief. When I take medicine only then I go to toilet and with this I am urinating more than normal like every 15 minutes
Another issue is like I have developed insulin resistance. Whenever I eat something sweet the pain in muscles and shoulder worsens. I have noticed it and it happens all the times. Is it my pancreas is not properly working?
Kindly suggest me some remedy for my problems please
I shall be really thankful
