Which Ferrum 6c for anemia r/t tick borne disease Anaplasmosis?

Hello,
I successfully used a Ferrum
6x or 6c remedy to save my dog that was dying of anemia related to very low Red blood cell count from tick bite(Anaplasmosis). ,,,
The Veterinarian couldnt save,but amazing Homeopathy did!
Unfortunately as it was over a decade ago,I cannot remember which remedy it was,any thoughts on which Ferrum one would use for a tick borne anemia issue pls?
This Ferrum remedy was used with Ledum 200c or 1M,,,

It must be Ferrum Metallicum (Ferr) to be used for tick-borne anaemia. If that doesnt work, try a dose of Calc-phos 30c.
