Covid body aches

Hi there. Looking for help with intense body aches preventing me from sleep. Most of my pain is in my back where I have an old injury right side. Pain is hard to describe; not dull, somewhat sharp, comes and goes depending on position but mostly sort of pulsing but very irregular. Difficult to find comfortable position for sleep. Lying on left is worse.
Sore throat, also right sided. Dry throat and needle like sharp pain on swallowing. Better with warm tea.
Ive taken so many different remedies trying to find best fit and follow changing picture but Im still at a loss. Latest remedy is Rhus Tox for body aches. Hepar sulph for sore throat.
No fever, no gastro issues.
Help please.

I tried Belladonna. Unless my picture changed to suit that remedy now, it wasnt the right remedy when I took it.
Now, on top of the terrible body aches, I have a lot of congestion with a drippy nose. It gives little warning and Im racing to get a Kleenex before it drips. The pressure in my frontal and maxillary sinuses is high.
Any other recommendations?

What are your most obvious physical symptoms?

Are main symptoms accompanied by less acute symptoms?

What are the characteristics of your symptoms?

Do you have any psychological symptoms?

Are you aware of any obvious cause of the symptoms?

Do your symptoms get better or worse under certain conditions?

Right now, my main symptoms are sinus congestion, alternating drippy nose with sinus pressure, dry cough with raspy voice, sore throat with pain on swallowing, better with warm food and beverage, right ear sounds sticky inside making a clicking sound when swallowing or blowing my nose and still these pesky body aches, worse right side.
