sexual arousal orchialgia

I am a 28 years old unmarried male. I have suppressed sexual feelings. I developed sexual arousal orchialgia(developed due to prolonged erections while watching porn and not releasing semen for many days).
Now whenever I get any sexual thought in my mind, my testes pain very much and pain radiates from testes to the top of the head.. Pain also in the ribs. Very much unbearable pain. Pain subsides only after emissions either manually or after nocturnal emissions.
Please tell any therapeutic medicine for this problem
