High grade fever for a week

My son has fever for last 7 days.

The symptom is just the fever and nothing else.

Blood tests show slow declining of platelets but dengue test is negative.

Doctor is saying it’s viral infection.

- The lips are dry
- He is very thirsty
- Is not eating well
- Temperature is between 103-104
- The inner lips had lesions or ulcers that is now changed to red cracks
- He is on fluid for a day now but before that he would be in confused state at night
- Before the fluid started he would wake up every 45 minutes to pass urine
- Nights he would complain like the house is shaking

He is 7 years old, lean, 127 cm high, 25 kgs, strong willed, not tolerant, attention seeking kid. Happy go Lucky kind.

- Likes rice and dal as food
- Doesn’t like to sleep
- Hyperactive
- Doesn’t listen to anyone while playing
- Highly distracted with things that he doesn’t like
- Extremely focused on things he like

Could you please suggest the treatment or remedies that makes him better

Nat Mur 6x and Ferrum Phos 6x 3 tabs three times a day.
