3 year old with Eczema desperately need help!

Hi I’m desperate if someone could advice I have started homeopathy for a month now but have not seen any difference. My daughter has had eczema since she was 6 months old, it was never bad, but it grew worse with time. Around 3 months ago she cause a skin infection and since then her eczema has been wild, it’s like she has no control over her itching I feel so sorry for her. Her eczema isn’t the ozing type it’s more the raised millions of tiny spots style, she has it everywhere and she’s so itchy. I was given petroleum 30c and Morgan 30c but they have not made a difference. Can someone shed some light on what treatment she might need ?
