Uterine fibroids

I am a 50 yr old woman whose menstrual cycle is starting to change. Not sure if due to age or fibroids. In the last 2 years my cycle can go from every 6 weeks to every 3 weeks. Periods last 5 to 7 days and flow is heavy the first 2 days then tapers off. PMS and cramps have happened since onset. In the last 2 years I have experienced weight gain mainly fat depositing in the middle section and back. Sleep issues that include waking up daily at 3 am, bloating in lower abdomen and hair loss.

I have had these for years but I had a sonogram done recently and it appears they have grown in size. I ha a Dr. visit schedule to discuss changes and possible treatments. My main concern is that he will only want to do surgery and that is not really a viable option for me at this time. I would like to do as much naturally as possible. I also have Hashimotos and take synthroid daily since I was 13. Currently thyroid is under control. I went through a lot of stress during covid mostly because of the pandemic but also a toxic relationship.

Here is what was found
An anteverted uterus is visualized measuring 100 x 65 x 71mm.

There are multiple leiomyomas with positions and dimensions as follows:
1) Fundal, subserosal that measures 23 x 22 x 22mm.
2) Left lateral, intramural that measures 44 x 37 x 45mm.
3) Left lateral, intramural that measures 33 x 32 x 31mm.
4) Left lateral, subserosal that measures 20 x 18 x 21mm.

ovaries were found normal.
