Icomplete miscarriage

Hi everyone. Is there any homeopathic remedy you would recommend after incomplete miscarriage in 10th weeks of pregnancy? The heartbeat stopped in about 8 weeks of pregnancy. There is still some tissue left in the uterus. It must go out in order to avoid surgery. Pulsatilla hepled partly. Secale cornutum 200ch helps mentally. Herb ladys mantle is helping little bit. Thank you for any advice. Love, Ivana

Pulsatilla 1M the first day. Following days potency 5ch, 9ch a 30 ch.

Dont really have other symptoms. Feel ok, everytime I eat globule of Secale or Pulsatilla, my back starts to hurt like when I am on my periods, but nothing is coming out anymore. Only little bit of blood on the toilet paper every other time.
I also got injection in hospital for wraping uterus. 3 days pain but nothing came out yet.
