Frequent Coryza, Catarrh & asthmatic problems

I have a 5 years old grand daughter. She catches cold very often ... say every 10/15 days. The cold travels down to the lungs and she develops breathing trouble. Allopaths usually start steroids and anti allergic medicines to control the attack.

I feel Bacillinum 200 and Calcarea Carb. 200 be given to her alternatively every 4th day. But I am not sure as to whether or not Bacillinum can be given at this age.

I am not a qualified doctor but have the hobby of studying Homoeopathy and have studied Materia Medica by William Boericke as well as various online homoeopathic literature by Clarks, Kent, Allen, Nash and Farrington etc.

I shall be highly obliged if someone could throw some light on this problem and probable solution.
