Histamine intolerance / MCAS

Hello
I have had histamine intolerance since birth but homeopathic medicines taken as a child helped me get rid of this problem for over 20 years. Unfortunately, 1.5 years ago, after the Covid infection, the problem with histamine intolerance returned with double strength. I react to almost every food, especially anything that is acidic. My reactions include facial rashes, fatigue and intestinal problems. I can only eat 5 foods like potatoes, chicken and broccoli. I would like to ask for any tips on how to get rid of this problem.

FIRST FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.

NUX VOM 200

15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DINNER.FOR 3 NIGHTS.


DAY 4 ONWARDS

MAG CARB 30.


Dose five (5) drops/pellets , taken at the same time 3 Times daily.

Take the remedies until symptoms are improved.

Keep all doses 30 minutes before or after food, drink and teeth brushing.

IN ADDITION NAT SULPH 6X AND NAT MUR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY FROM DAY 1.
