Skin Scar Tissue After Surgery on Genital
Hi. I had skin graft removed and skin advancement on my penis. There is a lot of scar tissue between the skin. What is the best homeopathy ways to dissolve this scar tissue and restore the skin texture back to normal?jason626 on 2024-04-21

Thiosinamin 2X/3X TWO TABS THREE TIMES A DAY.
IN ADDITION KALI MUR 6X AND CALC FLUOR 6X FIVE TABS OF EACH THREE TIMES A DAY.

Hi Anuj
Finished my 6 day today with no change, current status below:
- Painful all around seems have gotten worst this past two days. Hard to describe the pain. - When I take a hot shower I get some relief.
- When I massage I dont feel pain but right after I do/
-Able to urine normally, went to the ER yesterday urine is clean
- ER said there is scarring.
- I feel like the underlying tissues are contracting.
- Constricted shaft skin all around with lots of scaring especially below the skin. Its bumpy and rigidity especially when pressured on or getting erection at night feels like a balloon.
- Hard to stretch the skin, almost like a rubber band that is tight.
- The constriction causing blood to pool up in penis making it swell especially when sitting.
- Surgical scar lines and scar tissue adhere to underline tissues in some areas.
- Skin feels like rubber, almost like when you pinch your elbow skin. Lack of sensation on skin and some nerve damage.
- No history of keloids, surgical scar lines are like white band tissue (will get red at times).
Didnt have any of these issues pre-surgery, all started 4 months ago right after surgey.
Doing my best to be patient and heal. Its been difficult especially with the pain. Let me know on best action to help heal.

Emailed DR and the response I received now:
- You had skin advancement of the penis shaft skin, you have penile fibrosis in the skin layers and below. Your skin has been traumatize from the surgery and damaged the skin nerves. Skin has contracted due to lack of blood supply of the skin and wound bed and has created adherence scar tissue in the layers. You need to help break up the scar tissue, heal the skin layers and regenerate blood vessels in the scar tissue/skin.
Please advise remedies. Thanks

Thiosinaminum is a great remedy for ur problem, but u can take Graphites 30c, alternately, take thiosinaminum before and Graphites after 1/2 hr of ur meals,

Graphites is a remedy that help with skin contraction, scar tissue and nerve damage, it promotes skin elasticity, helps to softon and break up scar tissue and supports nerve regeneration.

Also, I am not able to locate Hypericum and Rhus Tox on amazon of liquid form. Any other site that you can recommend for me to order? I am located in the USA. I can check to see if there is a local spot as well

Hi Anuj
Saw Urologist today, they advise the entire penile skin especially in the dermis level is scar tissue with scar tissue adhesion to the tunica/corpos. He also said the penis skin layers deep fascia, superficial fascia, areolar tissue and skin have adhere within each other with scar tissue. This is due to the skin flap of the penis skin having limited blood supply during the first few weeks of the healing process since the blood vessels were damage when cut. Entire skin feels like thick rubber and lost of sensation/elasticy of the entire skin. Essentially my thin health skin has turned into thick not elastic scar tissue skin. This has turned causing a lot of pain in the deep layers of the skin. Please advise new feedback on how to regenerate skin and relieve pain of the damage skin nerves.

I agree with the pain and agony you are undergoing.I suggest use ice when in pain.It is a typical paraphimosis like situation.
Have what has been recommended.Will take time.Ice is the only solution for immediate pain relief.

With paraphimosis though you have healthy skin and blood flow in the skin? I dont have that either and its been replaced with scar tissue instead. When I apply ice to the skin I cant feel it and doesnt provide pain relief :(
Heres an analogy:
Imagine a patch on a tire. The healthy skin is like the original tire tread - strong and elastic. But during surgery, the flap of skin was like lifting a section of the tread to access the inner tube (deeper tissue). Ideally, when the flap is put back down (closed), it would seamlessly reattach and function like the original tread.
However, in this case:
Excess scar tissue: This is like the patch on the tire being a thick, rigid piece of rubber instead of a flexible material that matches the tread. It reduces movement and function.
Lack of blood flow: This is like the patch not adhering well to the tire, leaving a gap between the patch and the inner tube. This prevents proper blood supply to the skin flap, hindering healing and potentially leading to further problems and more thicken of scar tissue.
Would have been recommended still be the case?

Lastly, do any of these regenerate blood vessels and lymphatic vessels? Since scar tissue lacks blood flow
Also, since the penis skin layers have been damage underneath the skin do any of these remedies help restore/regenerate those tissues to help heal?

That it is bad surgery to leave any wound of those parts,to heal by granulation.
