yes. It means either remedy is wrong, or too many doses. If you give ONE Dose, you wait to see the effect. Within 24 hours, you could see aggravation? Or feeling better, or nothing happens- If there is aggravation then you WAIT to see if the aggravation wears off and then the person feels better. If they feel better, then you wait again to see how long that lasts before another dose.

I gave 5 drops of tarantula ( morning ,evening and night) after that my child started having severe tics , restless and completely lost ,as if he was not hearing anything ,I contacted doctor he asked me to stop tarantula but the damage was already done , he gave me a wide eye look also I was and I am still worried about seizures..

Homeopathic remedies fade off. It works like this:

Terantula can be antidoted by Lachesis.
But i think symptoms may subsides without giving any antidote, so my advice is to wait.

dr sajid is right. Wait and see if the effects diminish. This is what usually happens. No need to use Lachesis which has its own symptom set -unless absolutely necessary. Btw-I am not a Dr. You can click any user name and see bio and past posts and length of time on this forum. Anyone, anywhere is allowed to post health advice (does not have to be homeopathy) and you can also look thru forum and do a thread asking for a particular person to help you.
