frequency of use

i have gotten mixed signals about the frequency of use of the remedies. two homeopaths said take one dose of remedy per day. others suggest keep taking remedy until it works. what do you suggest?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
single dose "only" on one day only--no repetition at all---in chronic cases
