Please Advise for my 14 yr. old

My daughter has suffered from severe acne for a few years, we have gone to the dermatologist and that was ineffective.

I am into day 7 of the wet method with Arnica 30C and she started to show improvement but today she has broken out all over her face again. (I did find out she had a chocolate ice cream cone yesterday)

I will keep her off the chocolate and fizzy drinks and processed meats, if I don't see any good results in another week, what should I do?

this may ound strange but try malt vinager jut wash face with no soap .. just warm water then using cotton wool cleanse with malt vinigar in the morning and at night.. it worked for me..

a week into Arnica 30 I had a set back as well. It didnt last long. I stayed with it and now enjoy a 90% improvment 6 weeks into the program.

I had Joe tell me to add Silicea to the regime and we'll see what happens.
