whiteheads and acne need help plz
hi i m nida 22 yrs af age,unmarried,suffering from acne since the age of 15,initailly i took antiobiotics topicaly and orally and my acne went off,but it reappaired since last 3 yrs and m fighting with this cruel skin disease but cud'n help my self now for last 2months i started taking homeopathic medicines but my acne got worse than ever before i took ant.crud 230 and berberis aquifolium initially,and currently using sulfur 30 calcium sulfuricum6x and ant. crud30 thrice daily but nothing worked up ,and made my acne worse ,now someone had adviced me to use carcinosin 10 m once daily but before staring this new prescription i wanted to confirm that will this be a correct remedy...i had lots of whiteheads on my face which i think later forms pimples or nodules and leaves ugly black scars on my face,,should i pull those whiteheads by any professional person ,or it would go away with the medicine or topical creams,,,i had both of my cheeks and forehead affected,also i have a family history of acne both my mom and dad suffered from this disease in there teens....i sometimes have anxiety attacks and my sleep get suffered this hapens mostly during my examz and tests,,,one thing else i want to add up is tht i used calendula lotion topically but i felt no change at all,,my acne get worst by sunlight exposure....plzzzzzzzzz help me out ,,,i want to get beter i was a fun loving person but this acne had made my life isolated in the room,i dont want to meet people ,i have lost all my confidence.plz help me plz

height:5feet 6inches

climate here is usulayy hot,but i love to stay in cold weather.
i have acne problem on my face that is getting worst day by day.this is may be because i have a family history,
i also sometimes have severe anxiett attacks mostly during my exam,,i get tired easily and geting lazy day by day
non diabetic.
prefer eating sour foods,love chips and choclates but have stopped eating caz og this acne.
i drink 6 or 7 glass of water daily
my tongue is uually white coated,
my bp is usually low right now it is90/61
now dayz my acne is flared up ,all my cheeks and fore head is full of acne thing which leaves a balck miserable black scar which took very long to go away.i also had lots of white heads which makes these nodules or cyst
i love to sit quietly alone in my room,hate to do work,may be caz of this acne caz past 3 yrs back i was a very fun loving person,
there was amoment in my life 3 yrs back one of my friend left me and that really affected me badly,i almost lost my life and kept on crying all the time went to severe depresion but hav'n had any treatment and was cured by myself and apart with that there were some othr probs that i face.i ahd a good family background well educated,my mom is my very good friend my dad is a very nice person,and my brother hez my favourite one in the family
i love to eat good foods,but i dont eat more
i was a very cool minded person but now i think i get irritable easily,,i had a good sense of humor,i m bold but at times i m a shy person also,,,,i m a good speaker and love to hang out with my friends.
oh ya i have took lots of medicines that i guess i have mentioned in the previous post,,so i'll be waiting for ur reply,and would be very grateful if u will help out,sorry i can't send my fotograph caz i don't hav a computer camera or scanner either

you are advise to take the following prescription
1. arsenic alb 1M 2 drops weekly one dose early in the morning empty stomach. ie. every sunday morning.
2. Antim Crud 30 2 drops three times in a day but do not take on sunday.
continue for a month and report me.
