I'm so happy ,my hair is perfect I just washed today and insted of 300 hair in the sink I saw less than 10 ( I didin't even count them).
I went to hair salon to reward myself . Thank you so much .
Do you want me to start a new remedy? What do I need to do to sustain this(take vitamins?).

Now you should remember that you cannot stop the vitamins at any cost. Another thing you cannot afford to avoid is eating vegetables. YOu have to eat vegetables and avoid non-Vegs. Please tell the exact date when you took the first dose of Calcarea Carb.
When the time is ripe , I will suggest you how to use Lycopodium.
Till your symptom of 'cold clammy feet' is not remedied you have to continue with Calcarea Carb.

So far I can't complain about my cold feet got better (i think) but in addition to that we have very mild 2 weeks unusually this year we don't have a snow yet.So let me experience that a little more and I'll get back to you.

hi,
I apologize for not writing earlier but I was very busy.I took the med on Dec 6. like suggested .I felt much less changes than the first time .I felt my bladder for few hours no pain just like pulsation or something like that.But I certainty got my cold symptoms again just like last time .After 1 day I woke up with sore throat ,runny nose . that was similar reaction to this med last time I fall from one cold to another .This time I can't get rid off I finally took antibiotics .
Anyway I still don't know how I supposed to take this remedy or you gonna direct me everytime individually .I just started to take my vit again.My hair is perfect and no changes (thank God),but my hands are still dry to the point that brake when I go outside .that's kind of painful to have 10 tiny bleeding cuts on my hands.I apply lotions but doesn't seem to work.
I put on weight 5 lb.(no good)

Your symptoms show that the remedy is working perfectly. Kindly take another dose of Calc Carb 10 M in early morning on empty stomach. Please do not resort to antibiotics. Since you use to take cold in the past the remedy i.e Calc Carb is simply causing the old symptoms to reappear to enable a perfect cure. When you get the cold allow it to act and you will see that when you continue with your constitutional remedy CAlc Carb your habit of getting frequently affected with cold gets eradicated permanently. This is how homeopathy works.

I have a baby 17 month old. I been losing my hair for about 5 years now since I stoped birth control pills.
I have low estrogen. I tried so many vitamins and remedies and nothing works. I used nat mur. and selicia from homeopathic remedies no succes. Could you please let me Know what worked for you. I think I have a lot of your symptoms. Thank you very much for your reply.

That's sounds just like me I've been loosing my hair after babies too.But in my case hormones level always shows up normal or slightly on the border and the docs couldn't tell. I thing that's easy to fix because you already know the problem.

Thank you very much for the prompt reply. I am just confused about the ferrum mur. Is that the same as ferrum Muriaticum? Also what do you mean by 12 size of globules 25? Is this the potency; because my understanding is that it made in 6c, 12c or xs; the same with Nat Phos 8 or 10. Could you explain a little more? Did you mean that you take ferrum mur for one day and you take Nat phos for the next day? Sorry for all those questions. I just wont to clear things out. Are you still using them? How long can you be on these remedies? Did you use The Calc Carb, and which do think helped you more? I really appreciate your help thank you very much.

I took first Ferrum Mur for 2 weeks twice a day 5 pills(all together) under tongue half a hour befor/after meals on clean pallet.Then I stop for a day or two and took Nat phos for 2 weeks the same way.Never take 2 different homeo the same time.That's a waste!.
At the end of my treatment I took Calb Carb 10M only 5 pills once every 15 days .That's I'm still taking every 2 weeks or so.
I think in my case Ferrum mur made a first improvement and things got better as I finished all of them.
Try it if you have the same symptoms.

Here is the thing: My original prescription from Norway is Ferrum Mur 10C pills sz 25.But I didn't know about changing the size and I got 200C pills sz 10 and helped too.Problem was with counting 20 little pills 5 times a day. So just get different size of globules -25,30 .ABC homeopathy sell only Ferrum Mur 200C in size 10 which is too small to even see the pill. You need to call this No: I gave you.
So order Ferrum Mur 10C and Nat Phos 8C if they don't have it go with next available size won't hurt.

The 200C it is not the size of the pill it's the strength of the remedy .That's fine take it (I 'll took this size too)and ask them if they can make this into bigger size globules like 20,25 30 or so, if they have size 40 then take 4 pills at the time .(sizes 20 to 30 not the big difference.)
If size 10 it's all they have then you need to take around 15 pills .But the counting is a pain the pills are a little bigger than salt this is how small they are so get anything bigger then 10.

I had a questio about arnica montana Q or Mother Tincture.
The Pharmacy that I went to had only Arnica Oil which says Arnica Montana oil from White Flower and is a mixture of arnica extracts and olive oil. Is this Arnica Tincture?
