pitutiary malfunction?

My 9 yr old daughter has started to show early signs of puberty, is there any remedy to slow it down.
She has started to suffer from abdominal pains because of it.
I have tried everything.
She is 52 inches tall, quite small. So if she does get her periods she might not grow at all. Please help.
