cyst in right kidney

After going through some of topics and advices by Dr.Deshlok and Dr. Pankaj I strongly believe I have come to the right place. I will give details about my problems first and then give the details as requested by Dr. Deshlok from another member in a different case (crack in penise). Since my birth till the age of 33 I was always in dry areas like Purulia district and then Dhanbad and Ranchi. Around the age of 18 I contacted skin erruptions on fingers and feet which subsequently concentrated to a particular patch on left feet front side of feet and shin bone joint. I also suffer since then from skin infection on the scrotum, dry patches of skin comes out and very irritating in the night. Since then I have tried homeopathic medicines for skin and stomach but the patch remained and irritation during monsoon or winter comes back and local broad spectrum ointment helps in all skin cases. Since around 25-30 my stomach started giving trouble with mucus and other abdominal problems. Since 93 I am at Kolkata which is humid and hot. In '98 I was treated for deodonal ulcer as I vomited with blood clots in it and stool turned coal black. Since then I have suffered from colitis (dr. called it intestinal allergy) I have been once treated after that for balenoposthitis (crack on the foreskin) which is very painful in erection and burns when water is applied. In 2005 various problems like eye problems, teeth sensitiveness and joint pains started to come out very frequently. I met one homeopathic doctor who gave me a single dose and told there is some infection in the excretary system. the dose immediately affected my urinary system, frequent urge for urination, not able to hold urine, pain during urination when the bladder is empty and very miniscule blood particle in the urine. he gave me milifolium. the blood stopped. then a couple of days after I had a severe shaking of the whole body as if my whole body will be disintegrated. the doctor said UTI. I had fever also. I was admitted to a nursing home and it was observed that it is a case of acute nephritis and the right kidney has a long cyst almost 75mm. I was given strong dosages of antibiotics (zoysin). after coming out of nursing home I continued with the medicine for 15 days more. But one month after stopping the medicine I felt my urge for urination is coming back and I have to wait long to finish as there is always a feeling of unfinished business, still drops of urine are there in urethera. The I once again went to the doctor who strted giving medicine like 0/2 Nux Vomica, 0/4 Nux Vomica, 0/2 Thuja, 0/4 Thuja etc. my symptoms improved little like the skin patch irritation has gone. But other symptoms are not that much improved. I always have one or other problem like stomach upset, frequent flatulance in the evening, frequent attack of cold, joint pains specially knee and fingers and wrist, memory weakness ( I had very sharp memory even two years back, general weakness in the body, doing physical exercise but not getting desired result. My balenoposthitis has also come back kali sulph as prescribed by the doctor did'nt help either. Now the details

Impatient, like hardwork and dissatisfied until done to complete satisfaction, nervous and apprehensive, very deeply involved in heart matters and physical intimacy. normally cool but can flare up if irritated for long and not obeyed or agreed by others, afraid of public speaking, always adored and envied by other children as a parent, too much softness for family to the point of weakness (my single female child can get me do anything she wishes, very few people have the common sense and idea and about vast array of subjects I can speak about, always try to help others even when not sought for, has a congenital weakness for female.

Perhaps it is a tall list but then people here have a inherent intention of doing good to others, so I hope nobody in particular will be disturbed. Please suggest if possible.

Is there nobody who can give me at least some satisfactory advice on my problem ? I was expecting so much that somebody will pick up my case and give some solution.

I saw your case listed a few days ago under the title Cyst in right Kidney but did not read it up to now as I have never treated a patient with a Kidney Cyst. However since no one else has offered any assistance to you up to now, I would suggest that you use a remedy that I have often prescribed for Urological ailments, Arnica 30c in the wet dose taken in 1 teaspoonful 3 times daily for the first few weeks and later just twice daily. I believe that this remedy should help stabilize your problem associated with not emptying your bladder every time.

You make the wet dose by inserting 3 pellets or 2 drops if you have the liquid remedy in ethanol, into a 500ml bottle of spring water which you will shake up hard every time before you sip a teaspoonful 3 times daily

I note that you have also had a stomach ulcer which resulted in a black stool and it is possible that you still suffer from Hyperacidity which will eventually result in GERD (gastro esophagal reflux disease) and later with other more exotic problems. The remedy for hyperacidity is Nat Phos 6x and dose is 3 tablets taken after 2 meals.

Stop all other medication that you are now using and report your response to these 2 remedies in a few days.

I am presuming that your cyst in your kidney is now under control.

Dear Dr. Livera, thank you for your kind attention and suggestion about my suffering. As I have already gone through some of your previous posts, I started taking the NP-6x but 2 pelets only once in the night. The result is the stool has become soft and there is also a uncomfortable feeling through out the day in the whole abdomen. I started taking the pelets because in the evening most of days I suffer from gas although there is no such feeling of sour test in the mouth. But after experiencing the discomfort, I stopped taking the NP-6x pelets as I am afraid that it is resurecting my old colitis problem which was not there for last six months.
Please suggest.

A few patients have reported hypersensitivity to Nat Phos 6x and you may be one of them.

You have done right by stopping the NP but you may continue with the Arnica as instructed.

PS I am not qualified to assume the title of Dr. I do however have about 25 years of experience in Homeopathy.

Dear Dr. Livera, nobody gave our ancestors any so called piece of paper called 'Degree'. They, experimented, observed and wrote their conclusion upon which stands our domain of science. So, it makes little difference whether some university has given you a piece of that paper or you earned it by experience. I find nothing wrong in addressing you a 'Dr'.

As to arnica is concern, I have taken thuja-30 two doses in the previous nights which responded well in my balenoposthitis as well as the itching and erruptions which came out on the surface between my scrotum and inner thigh joint. So, I think I should wait two days to start arnica.

Thank you for your confidence in my approach to Homeopathy. It is just that I have made some discoveries using standard remedies that I have been marked by the classical school to be a maverick as I do not subscribe to their case taking methods and constitutional remedies which in most cases serve to make a bad situation worse. I treat the ailment directly with some incredible results which I believe they cannot emulate. There is therefore some friction between me and some classical types. I am not in Homeopathy for any financial remuneration as it is only my Hobby on which I spend some time helping all who seek my assistance free of charge also including the remedies in the case of patients who consult me here in Sri Lanka.

You can start with the Arnica when you feel comfortable. Report your response in due course.
