hi dr pakaj
its been a more than week that i havent taken the medicine. Since then there has not been aggravation infact i went on vacation to manali and felt normal having food outside and also change in wether did not effect me. I even had eggs and to my utter surprise there were not aggravation and no feeling of vomiting. In past i was given Ferrum met for egg allergy but did not have much off effect but now i felt very much normal. In totality the symtoms have declined since last week also. Please advise how to take the medicine further

I was out of town since 1st Jan. Just returned. Missed your posts earlier.
It is wonderful to know that a complex case like yours is geeting solved and you are feeling better.
Now start taking a dose of Graphites 200 every alternate day for a week (i.e. total of three doses)...then post feed back.

hello dr pankaj,
well have taken three doses as advised by you. When i took the first dose everthing flared up but statred reducing from second to third dose. Now lesions are under control but still there. Stomach is better.

Keep posting feed back every three days.
The med taken is working internally. Don't take any more med yet.

i went to my homeo doc whom i have been seeing for last three yrs . i told him that i had taken graphites but he says that i continue with Cal Carb CM one dose monthly too. As you have gone through details and no of medicine taken. Calcarb is the last one which i was taking do u think i should take calb carb too and it will not effect the present changes and will only add to the benefit

This benefit has come to you from taking Graphites....donot mix up medicines...as yours is not an easy case.
First...there was sure benefit after you took Graphites 30.
Secondly, immediately after taking the first dose of Graphites 200...there was a short aggravation (increase in lesions)..is sure sign of the med working.
Mixing of meds will retard progress and can complicate matters.

thanx as per your last mail to post reply three days after the last dose i wish to tell you that symptoms are under control ... i can feel some streching/contraction of skin all over my face stomach is also better there is some acidity and some eroptions on my thigh which dissapeared have reappeared but smaller patch and less ....

Good. Progress is taking place. Will see more improvement in near future.
Make a record of dates and dosage of Graphites you have taken from the time of start.
Post details here for my reference ...I can guide you better.

Details of Graphite Doses Taken
From 16.12.06 to 27.12.06 Graphites 30 C Daily one dose
From 11.01.07 to 21.01.07 Graphites 200 one dose alternate days total of three doses
There after i have not taken any dose
These doses have been taken by me early morning empty stomach about 10-15 drops in normal water about one fourth of glass

Next time dose = 3 or 4 drops in 1/8th glass of water.
But not to worry. Improvement is taking place.
Keep posting feed back in gaps of 3/4 days.

There appears to be some drying up of the exzema patches....compared to previous pictures.

yes there is drying of lower lips ... this is what aggravates to bleed but since last month some inprovement is there...same improvement is there for rashes on the groins and around...

On Sunday morning take a dose of Graphites 1M.
Ask the pharmacist to make one dose of Graphites 1M specially for you.
Early morning rinse your mouth with water...and throw out the water. Then underneath the tongue ...take this dose.
Eat/drink/ brush teeth minimum of 45 minutes after taking this dose.
I don't expect any aggravation with this. Lat time aggravatio nwas there coz you took more drops of med.

hi dr thank ill take this medicine tomm now in meanwhile i need you to help me due to some prblm i am thinking a lot and its giving me a sort of downer just thinking of it i get resless and stomach contracts and there is a feeling of vomiting .. i even took ciggarates after six yrs. is there a medicine which can help divert my mind and i dont think on the subject ...

hi dr verma my symtoms are under control but as i told u i am back smoking alomst 20 cigs a day... i even noticed that this is also not increasing my symptoms but am having a bloated stomach and not feeling hungry i need to divert myself but i am not able to do so...

Have you seen any further improvement with Graphites intake ?? Have the lesions started drying up ???
Get Calendula mother tincture (MT). Add fifteen drops of Calendula MT in a full glass of water. Gargle and rinse your mouth
with it morning and evening.
Also get Calendula ointment (external use)...apply it on the lesions.
Stop smoking if you want to improve your condition. (It will only aggravate matters).
Better start Pranayayams as taugth by Swami Ramdev (Breathing exercises).
