This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may want to take one dose of Murex 6 in the morning, and sepia 200 in the same evening and report the progress after a week.

As you get older, your body makes less of it's own lubrication. No lubrication will surely cause discomfort when having intercourse.
This is only part of your problem and you need to search further for the right remedy to boost your desire, but, in the meantime, get yourself a nice slippery type of water soluble lubricant. You can find these at the drug store and I would avoid k-y jelly as it can get a bit goopy. Stick with the liquidy types.
You will want a remedy for menapause and will want to list your mental and physical symptoms, so that you will be given the proper remedy for your individuality.
Best regards,
