Dear cool, now that the apparenting rioting above has stopped, I will respond, heh.
Interesting that the above approach failed to give relief, we will now see how you react to some old fashioned CLASSICAL prescribing. The remedy can be taken in either pill or drop form, but personally I always find drops easiest to administer. Put just 2 drops in a small amount of water in a disposable cup, and take a sip from this three times on one day only. Post back your response, and as Murthy suggests, keep the 200c on standby, as we may need to move up to this when the 30 has completed it's work.

i used rhustox 30c for three nights , i could see very minute relief.I don't know if it is working or not.I have Urtica Urens, rhustox 20 c and 200c now.Please suggest what to use.

i started using my usual medicine Urtica Urens again.It was like before.I stopped taking Urtica Urens for 3 days and then started taking rhustox 30c for 3 nights.I did not see much improvement but after two days i some change.It got better in between , now i started using urtica urens since i did not get any response from you guys.Please advise what to use.

you should not use one medicine after the other, without gap.
stop everything, give a gap of a week and come back with the status.

Take lesser drops of Urtica Urens as suggested earlier...in each dose.
Stop using soaps in that area.
Apply some Sesame oil there every day.

You tried urtica urens for enough days, and there is no improvement.
It is better to stop everything, wait for a few days, and see the response.
Continuous dosing with medicines will not allow us to understand the effect of the medicine.
These are not magic pills to relieve you instantly.
The effect of Rhustox may be seen after a week.
My sincere suggestion will be to bear with the problem for a week, and if the problem remains same, we will look for a new medicine.

Ok, i am stopping everything from today for 5 days.Should i have rhustox 30c again after a week or so?.I will post my feed back after 5 days.Please note that i have rhustox 30c and 200c now.

I am not here to suggest a remedy, as there are many more qualified than myself assisting you already. But perhaps, you could do some changes in your diet that might help.
To my thinking (and from personal experience) you could have over growth of a fungal infection expressing itself. From reading your posts, it becomes worse when you drink alcohol, eat spicy foods, or sweets like cheesecake. These items will feed fungus or yeast infections causing the symptoms you describe. Changing your eating and drinking habits would probably help. I know this is not homeopathy but for me anything that brings better health is key.
White flour products made with yeast, sugar, fruit such as citrus, fruit or tea drinks made with corn syrups, canned soda drinks, or cheese (which by its nature is fermented/aged) can make your symtoms to be worse. Try eliminating these from your life and see if there is an improvement. Also, eating brown rice and other whole grains and green leafy vegetables lightly steamed daily will improve your over all health.
I am concerned that you have suffered for so long and only wish to help. We must realize that we cannot indulge in things that will aggravate our particular constitution, no matter whether is it an environment, person, food or way of thinking and remain well.

'If well chosen med fails to elicit a response, Sulphur is called for.'
Rhus tox has been suggested without any detailed case taking...so cannot say about its choice right or wrong.
A lot of other symptoms have to be checked for...before suggesting that med.
But,,,Urtica Urens is specific for scrotal itching.
If it has not given you the desired response...then you should take a dose of Sulphur 200c.

Please also change the pharmacy from where you are buying the medicines. Some times meds are not of good quality.

I stopped every thing for now to see the response of rhustox 30c medicine and urtica urens.I was using Urtica urens till i got rhustox medicine then i took about 5 day break before moving on to rhustox30c.I used rhustox for three nights and then again took about 2-3 day break before moving urtica urens. I have 200c and 30c of rhustox now as suggested by murthy.Since you told me to follow him , i got those 2 medicines.I am not sure what to use and when to use.Do you want me to wait for 5 days ?.What medicine do you want me to use after i resume?.I want to try whatever you think will help me.I usually order the medicine from this website itself(either from east or from west). Please suggest.

I ordered Sulphur medicine , it is yet to come.I think i will get it by monday.Right now i feel that my irritation and itching is going from bad to worse with out any medicine.I have not been taking any medicine from past 5-6 days.I still have Urtica urens, rhustox 30c, 200c.I feel some relief if i use some homeopathy medicine but it doesnot treat me completely, i don't know if it is psychological or not.Mean while can i use anything to control the irritation and itching.The area between butts and scrotal itches and irritates me.Please advice.Thanks in advance
