Hello Dr. Pankaj,

I am doing fine as earlier.I repeated the Sulphur 200C dose after one week.I have noticed that the motion becomes better after I repeated the Sulphur 200C dose.Stomach is pretty Stable now.... no more gas, bloating etc. etc. which happened earlier....I definitely go to toilet after taking morning tea, without any effort.

That pain in the prostate is very mild but it happens sometimes.....some feeling of tickling from the prostate which goes down the left leg... happens sometimes....as if some sort of circulation increase...I feel that may be the whole body is recovering now gradually due to the improved digestive system. No other significant observation is there.
Regards,
Ashish.

Orchitis

Orchitis was first described in approximately 400 BC by Hippocrates. Because of the widespread use of mumps vaccination, it is no longer a common infection in the United States. Orchitis is one of the few genitourinary infections resulting from a viral pathogen.

Orchitis
The most common presentation of orchitis is in a patient with late signs of epididymitis.
In this situation, the inflammation has spread to the adjacent testicle and results in a tender, warm, swollen, hemiscrotal* mass.

Definition:
Orchitis is an inflammation of one or both of the testicles, often caused by infection.

Alternative Names:
Epididymo-orchitis; Testis infection
Causes, incidence, and risk factors:
Orchitis may be caused by numerous bacterial and viral organisms. It is usually a consequence of epididymitis, which is inflammation of the epididymis (the tube which connects the vas deferens and the testicle).

The most common viral cause of orchitis is mumps. Approximately 30 % of patients who have mumps will develop orchitis during the course of the illness. It is most common in boys past puberty, rare before the age of 10. It usually manifests 4 to 6 days after the onset of mumps. In one-third of boys who get orchitis caused by mumps, testicular atrophy (shrinking of the testicles) will result.

For the bacterial causes, please refer to the epididymitis article. Of note, brucellosis is a rare disease in which orchitis develops in 2 to 20% of men with the disease.

Orchitis may also occur in conjunction with infections of the prostate or epididymis and, like those conditions, may occur as a manifestation of sexually-transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea or chlamydia. The incidence of sexually-transmitted orchitis or epididymitis is higher in men 19 to 35 years old.

Risk factors for non-sexually-transmitted orchitis include:

Inadequate immunization against mumps
Older age (age greater than 45)
Recurrent urinary tract infections
Congenital abnormalities of the urinary tract
Genito-urinary surgery and instrumentation
Chronic indwelling urethral (Foley) catheter
Risk factors for sexually-transmitted orchitis include:
Multiple sexual partners
Other high risk sexual behaviors.
History of a sexual partner with a previously diagnosed STD
Personal history of gonorrhea or other STD

Symptoms:
Scrotal swelling
Tender, swollen, heavy feeling in the testicle
Tender, swollen groin area on affected side
Fever
Discharge from penis
Pain with urination (dysuria)
Pain with intercourse or ejaculation
Groin pain
Testicle pain aggravated by bowel movement or straining
Blood in the semen

Signs and tests:
Physical examination may reveal tender and enlarged lymph nodes in the groin (inguinal)area on the affected side. It may also show a tender and enlarged testicle on the affected side. A rectal examination may reveal an enlarged or tender prostate gland.

Hello Dr. Pankaj,

Thanks for your response.
No.The pain does not travel to the left testicle.Rather I would not call it a PAIN.Actually it is slight sensation in the prostate.Only sometimes it seems like slight pulsations of mild pain.It has tickling sensation travelling down the leg to the foot.It is also not present all the times.

I did not have any other medical problem neither at the time of birth.
I do not know what is a wart but YES I have at two places on my body some small extra tissue. One below the left armpit. One on the left hip.It does not have any sensation nor pain.Just some extra tissue on the body, like a mole.

Regards,
Ashish.

What are warts?
Warts are non-cancerous skin growths caused by a viral infection in the top layer of the skin. Viruses that cause warts are called human papillomavirus (HPV). Warts are usually skin-colored and feel rough to the touch, but they can be dark, flat and smooth. The appearance of a wart depends on where it is growing.

How many kinds of warts are there?
There are several different kinds of warts including:

Common warts
Foot (Plantar) warts
Flat warts
Common warts - usually grow on the fingers, around the nails and on the backs of the hands. They are more common where skin has been broken, for example where fingernails are bitten or hangnails picked. These are often called 'seed' warts because the blood vessels to the wart produce black dots that look like seeds.

Foot warts - are usually on the soles (plantar area) of the feet and are called plantar warts. When plantar warts grow in clusters they are known as mosaic warts. Most plantar warts do not stick up above the surface like common warts because the pressure of walking flattens them and pushes them back into the skin. Like common warts, these warts may have black dots. Plantar warts have a bad reputation because they can be painful, feeling like a stone in the shoe.

Plantar warts

Flat warts - are smaller and smoother than other warts. They tend to grow in large numbers - 20 to 100 at any one time. They can occur anywhere, but in children they are most common on the face. In adults they are often found in the beard area in men and on the legs in women. Irritation from shaving probably accounts for this.

How do you get warts?
Warts are passed from person to person, sometimes indirectly. The time from the first contact to the time the warts have grown large enough to be seen is often several months. The risk of catching hand, foot, or flat warts from another person is small.

Why do some people get warts and others don't?
Some people get warts depending on how often they are exposed to the virus. Wart viruses occur more easily if the skin has been damaged in some way, which explains the high frequency of warts in children who bite their nails or pick at hangnails. Some people are just more likely to catch the wart virus than are others, just as some people catch colds very easily. Patients with a weakened immune system also are more prone to a wart virus infection.

Hello Dr. Pankaj,

Sorry I forgot to mention.
Once in 1994, I had an enlarged lymph node on the neck.It was solitary and did not had any pain.It did not subside with medication (allopathic). After 2-3 months it developed pus and biopsy was done but it was non-malignant.
Later it was surgically removed.

Lymph Node....which side / part of the neck??

PANKAJ VARMA last decade
Hello Dr. Pankaj,

The lymph node was on the left side of the neck.Just in between the collar bone and the lower jaw.It was around 3cm by 1.5cm large.

Also I would like to explain the prostate sensation in hindi.

The sensation in the leg and toe is starting from the prostate and goes down.Similar sensation like 'jaisey haath ya paair so jaata hai' when you sit for some long time in a single posture.

Regards,
Ashish.

Hello Dr. Pankaj,

This prostate sensation problem has not started now.It happened on and off earlier also.I am mentioning it because the stomach problems have I feel gone now. This is the other problem I want to solve.

Two years back I consulted a Urologist for this on and off pain/sensation and he did ultrasound and also Urine bacteria culture but there were no tumors/stones etc. and the prostate was normal in size.He said that there was no problem.

Also as we are trying for planning to have a family, my wife is seeing a gyanecologist. She suggested my Semen analysis before treating her and my semen analysis report is normal.

Ashish.

Hello Dr. Pankaj,

The feeling of 'wife mixing something in the food' is not there now.

I did not have any epileptic attack.

There is nothing unusual about my sexual desire.Only thing which I can tell and admit is that I feel slightly attracted towards other beautiful women, example on TV,movies etc.

On the coming Sunday..take another dose of Sulphur 200. After that no more of Sulphur reqd. for the time being.

On Monday take Hyoscyamus 30c

Hello Dr. Pankaj,

Thanks for your kind consideration and prompt reply.I will do as advised.
Stomach problems I feel are history now. What is your feeling about this prostate sensation/pain thing?
Regards,
Ashish.

ashish_jain last decade
Ashish,
I have suggested you a medicine after due consideration of all your symptoms including pain in leg, toe and prostrate gland area.

Just as my earlier considered suggestions helped you the most (you had tried many homeopathic meds earler but without gain)...this will also help you a great deal. Maybe, it will save you from serious illnesses later in life besides dealing with the current problem.

With this med, some of your adverse mental symptoms (which you experienced in the past) will not come back.

Wishing you the best,
Pankaj Varma

Hello Dr. Pankaj,

Following are the observations during and after 3 days after taking Hyoscyamus 30 as suggested by you:
I took the medicine doses on Monday. That night I had dream that I am taking off my clothes in front of some known old friends.
Next two days I felt quite some times (10-15 times) as if there was sharp pain on the prostate as if being pricked by needle tip. This pain was not periodic but random .These two days the earlier sensation / feeling and pain was slightly increased.
The third day, the sensation is still there but it has reduced a lot. Also now the heaviness in the prostate as earlier is not there....I have noticed improvement in the blood circulation in the genitals (under normal condition ).
Third day I had some 4-5 times convulsions in muscles in the area below spleen.
Mind has become calm and concentration is better than earlier.

Also generally after more than three weeks I have good motion (no constipation) generally I feel more energetic, enthusiastic, mood is good, and I have noticed that the glow on my face has improved....
Also the oiliness head/hair has reduced a lot.

I feel very greatful that I got a lot of benefit by your suggested medicines.I am very thankful to you. Please suggest me as how should I proceed now further.

Regards,
Ashish.
