I have a similar story to Jeanne311 except I was never diagnosed with anything but a bladder infection. I took medication and we still didn't know why I would bleed a little bit when I went to the bathroom, or why it burned. I have had every test taken, and they've all come back negative. my parents and doctors seem to think I'm stressed out, or it's all in my head, but I know my body. I saw a little tear on the vulva area, and I'm not sure if that's what it is exactly, but it makes sense if it is. I'm not sure what to do, and I want to know if anyone's had any luck in healing something like this. I've also used Neosporin, and it hasn't helped. Let me specify here too just in case anyone else can help. I'm a 22 year old girl who I'm pretty sure has a tear on the vestibule. I've put Neosporin on it, and while it is getting better, it's still there....I also have little bumps/pimple type things around the area. I've been tested for everything, and they all came up negative. I'm thinking maybe because I have a cut, the skin is just irritated. I hope this paints a better picture. I'm eager to get this dealt with! :) Thanks....

Follow dr deoshlok's advice and otherwise if all fails, then try Nitric Acidum 30 one dose at alternate days.

:) I didn't want to start a war on this page...just get some advice. :) I'm actually doing a lot better...like I said it's still there, but getting less and less painful. My boyfriend and I were intimate and it still didn't hurt. So I'm guessing the tear isn't anywhere where it can re open? I don't know...If it doesn't get better within the next week, I'll try the Nitric Acidum 30.

Don'ttake more than three consecutive doses. Give the medicine time to respond.

I also have had the same tears. I usually get them the day or so before I get my period, but this time it came the last day of my period. At first I thought the irritation was from the tampon strings, but after my period was over my husabnd and I had intercourse (not painful) but the next day day I had multiple tears & it has now been 5 days & the pain & itching is not getting better. Today I started using A&D ointment which helps a bit, but I am open to ANY suggestions. I have been tested for everything & it has all come back negative.

To this day my Doctor thinks I'm nuts:) I know my body though...I've been using Neosporin, and it doesn't hurt anymore, however, I'm just waiting for the day it comes back. Can you see visual signs of tears? and if so, where are they located?

Yes it most definitely hurts when I pee & it does bleed just a bit. I have been using Bacitracin & it helps a little, but this is aweful! You can see the tears they are located on the labia majora. There was only one now there are two, one on each side. How long did it take to go away? When I used to get them before my period, it would be 2 days then they were gone & they weren't this severe. I think it's worse this time because of the location, they are further south then usual. Any suggestions?

Alright, so now I finally get a call from my doctor saying I have a yeast infection, so I'm thinking my symptoms were from that and not a tear. Twins513, if you type in Vulva Tear and hit search it will take you to a woman (Jeanne311) and if you read all the posts there, maybe that'll help you. I continued to put neosporin on it, and it went away, but it sounds like yours are more severe. I'm sorry...I know it's painful.
