i had no response from the nat phos, except heartburn afterwards, which i do not usually have. any other suggestions?

I am not aware of many General Managers that openly mock their employees.
You are a good Homeopath. This type of childish behaviour does not help your credibility.
You are not the only one that has resorted to this type of ridicule but that does not make it any more acceptable. Please focus your energy on helping us patients, we need you and your good advice. The less negative thoughts in your head, the clearer your advice to us will be. This message could and should be repeated to at least a few others on here as well.
