Hepatocellular Carcinoma of the Liver & Ascites
I am hoping that somene on this forum can help me. My father was diagnosed with HCC few years ago and underwent Radio frequency Ablation (RFA) for ablating his liver tumors two times four years ago. Recently his condition has worsened and he had Ascites recently. His fluid had to be taken out since regular diuretic medicines did not help.He is taking Lycopodium and Cheldonium currently. I was wondering if there are other medicines that could help improve the functioning of his liver and assist in treatment of ascites. Appreciate all the replies on this.

In my opinion, this case cannot be cured but it can be palliated.
