Nasal Polyps
HiI am 33 years old and have had nasal polyps for past 15 years. Had surgery once 8 years ago but it came back. Didn't really bother me much so I left it alone. But recently, it got quite bad. My nose is blocked quite regularly. Considering to have it surgically removed again but understand that it is likely to recur. Would like to try alternative medication like homeopathy.
I try to avoid alcohol as it usually worsen the condition.
Please advise.

Nasal Polyps is the outward expression of the disease, that is deeper in you.
Unless it is cured, you won't get permanent relief.
These polyps keep recurring,until you go for constitutional treatment, which means taking a complete case, giving one medicine at a time, and waiting for response.
There are homeo medicines available, to make you little comfortable, but that approach will work, only for short term.
If you are interested, tell us all about yourself. Yourself as a person. Your likes, dislikes. Your reaction to weather/atmosphiric changes.
When do you feel happy/sad.

Well, I am an Asian Chinese living in humid Singapore.
I love sports and exercise alot, so I am relatively fit. In fact, I will be running a half marathon in a month time.
I am quiet person by nature and used to be very shy as a kid. I am less shy but still do not like to talk much especially to people whom I don;t know well. I can be very talkative though to close friends and family. I rather stay home to read a nice book then go shopping.
I can be impatient and sometimes wants results immediately. My biggest weakness is procrastination.
Singapore is hot and humid, so it doesn't help my condition. But I have grown used to it.

I am 33 years old, married for slightly over a year.
As far as I know, I have had nasal polyps for the last 15 years. I had it surgically removed 8 years ago.
After the surgery, I did not take any medication for it. It recur but did not bother me much, so I left it alone. But you can feel the condition worsening as the year goes by.
Recently, I bought some Homeopathic medication from sinuswar but that didnt work for me. I took it for about 1.5 mths and did not see any improvements.
I get discharge from my nose. They are yellowish green in color. Its chronic and I have to regularly blow my nose.
My wife complaint that sometimes I have bad breath and I snore when I sleep. She also says I grind my teeth when I sleep.
My nose is the clearest when I wake up in the morning. No discharge and it is less blocked. But it worsens as the day goes by. Exercising also helps to improve my condition temporarily.
I get headache and facial pain when it is very blocked. However, it doesnt really affect me at work.
