Thanks for responding. I have a couple of questions. First, Should i stop the cantharis 30 remedy i am taking right now ? Second, put thuja 10 drops in 30 ml distilled water or regular water is fine ? Can i also use mountain spring water ?

The dandruff has improved a little bit since my last 2/28/07 list of improvements i put in my forum.

Today by mistake I drank some vinegar.

Pankaj Sir told me to avoid coffee, garlic, strong odours etc. Since vinegar has strong smell, please advise what i should do.

Deoshlok Sir, I really appreciate you helping with my problems, but i have other problems also which i should have reported in my first post, and i also need

help with.

First, I have a a few scars from acne. These are 'ice pick' pit scars.

Second, for about 3 years, i have had problems with my facial skin. My face has some areas which are constantly red (pinkish red). Less than 2 years ago, I

went to skin treatment center and they told me that i had rosacea and they told me to get some laser treatment done. I got two laser treatment done, i had

some improvement but not enough. So now i would like to try some homeopathic medicine for it.

Third, also there is another problem on my face and it happens sometimes once a week or sometimes once every two weeks. What happens is i get a small bump

and then the bump gets really itchy and then when i scratch the bump, it gets bigger in size. The skin where the bump is becomes raised and hard and also it

gets big in size (like a nodule). It happens more on my upper cheeks. I have read on the internet and in rosacea, people sometimes gets bumps like these.

PLEASE TELL ME IF I SHOULD TRY ONLY CURING MY DANDRUFF/SCALES PROBLEM FIRST

OR

TRY TO CURE BOTH MY DANDRUFF/SCALES AND MY FACE PROBLEMS (IF FACE ALSO THEN PLEASE PROVIDE A REMEDY)

Also, in some areas on my face, i have dryness but this is not normal dryness but they are like scales (like on my head). When i slightly scratch, the scales fall on my hand. When i touch these areas on my face, it feels like a rough surface. So i think whatever problem i am having on my head (dandruff/scales), it is also happening on my face.

After 1 month, I have stopped taking Thuja 30c because it was not improving my condition. Here are my current problems:

1. Scales - Scales are still there.

2. Itching - Because of scales, itching is there.

3. Hairloss - I am losing some hairs everyday. Hairline is receding

4. Oiliness - Oiliness is still there.

6. Dandruff- Dandruff is still there. Clumps of dandruff is there.

SLEEP - I also have a sleep problem. i usually go to sleep around 8 pm and then i wake up in the middle of the night around 2 am and then go back to sleep and then wake again at 4 am and then go back to sleep. so the problem is that i should have continuous sleep throughout the night.
