Available Potencies ?
Dear AllWhy the standard potencies jump from 30 to 200 and to 1M, why dont we have 30,50,100,200,400,500,600,800, 1000
I believe if the power are increased smoothly, the patient may benefit more. Can some one explain the current setup of standard available potencies.

Kent is the first one to suggest the series, and it has become a standard for homeopathic pharmacies.
6,30,200,1M,10M,50M,CM(100M), and MM(1000M)
He calls them octaves of potencies.
To get real benefit from higher potencies, so as they can act more deeply, perhaps this much difference is required.
Moreover, there must be some standardisation, otherwise it becomes too many to make and store.
