need t get remedy now for 1 year old with broncitis.

hi,i`m in a hurry to start my kid on a remedy for broncitis.studying my book the most appropriate one i found was antimonium tart 6c??he has lots of phlegm in his chest and coughs to try to bring it up.you can hear him breathing and he`s tired,sleeping alot.if rajivspraad is out there please answer,if not can anyone advise me on my choice?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For acute phase, take ANTIM TART 30 C along with Bryonia 200 alternating -two doses each.
The day chests seem clear, stop Antim Tart 30 C. If he is vomiting out phelgm and his tongue is clear, replace Antin tart 30 with Ipecac 30 .
Please take care that he doesn't have fever and the infection has not reached his lungs.

Dear Molly,

If you can hear the sound of cough in his chest which he has trouble in bringing up, then you can give Antim. Tart 30 a few doses to help clear the cough.We will see how he responds to it, then decide future course of action.

well i couldn`t get to the chemist that day so i made use of what i had -steam,thyme supositories and ventalin and it all seemed to help a bit but he did get very clingy and wanted to be in my arms all the time and woke up crying a few times so i started him on chammomila 6c.that ok?

now it seems easier to cough up phlegm and its coming out his nose but i still hear it in his chest and he`s very irritable,should i get the ANTIM TART 30 today and start tonight or do his changed symptoms call for a different remedy?he has taken 3 dodes of chammomile 6c.
