Finding my constitutional remedyHello friends,
Just wanted to get some input in finding my constitutional remedy.
Location: London, UK (since birth)
Maritial Status: Married
1. Nose Bleeds
Been getting nose bleeds for as long as i can remember. Although less freaquent now. Now i get freaquent nose bleed for about 1-2 weeks then nothing for 2-3 months.
Nose bleeds from either nostril.
eating a lot of nuts can bring on nose bleeds.
can bleed anytime of the day, any season.
I usually let it bleed until it stops natrually.
2. Asthmatic feeling after exercise or cold wet weather.
3. Hay-fever in the spring/summer.
4. sensitive to dust. brings on bouts of sneezing.
over-sentitive immune? I remember once getting mosquito bites and my hands and feet swelled up a lot.
5. Sharp twinges in chest/shoulders (anxiety maybe?)sometimes abdomen.
6. headaches if sleeping pattern is broken or oversleep.
headaches could be dull pain throughout the day or occasional sharp pains on sides of head and forhead.
I had an illness while on holiday to india when i was 12 years old. included morning fever/dizzyness when waking up.
Tropical boils on buttocks and thighs when i was 22. this was after i returned from a trip to india/pakistan. this was eventually cured with a herbal medicine called Safi.
mentally - naturally shy and quiet person. generally my mood is happy and carefree but sometimes stressed. emotionally i'm calm and do not get angry quickly. emotionally surpressed, i find it near impossible to cry even when losing a loved one.
I prefer warmth than cold. sometime get cold bones 'pains.' Hands and feet always warm and moist.
I do not take medications, not even paracetemol/asprin nor any sort of painkillers.
I went to a iridologist/homeopath once who suggested that i could be allergic to dairy, although i have never had any symptoms.
If you need more info, please let me know!
Meanwhile, thank you in advance!
