Acne is Healing! Question on Sulphur

Hello everyone...I just want to post that I haven't tried the Arnica cure yet, because I was already in the process of using a Sulphur 30C cure, 5 pellets under the tongue, 3x a day. I am in the second week and it is working!!! I am also taking Solgar B Complex vitamins, extra B 5, 6, & 12, a multimineral, a multivitamin, and multigreen vitiamin/herb. I also started using Alabu Neem goat's milk soap. The acne is clearing, but I also was suffering from depression and anxiety, which I believe the supplements are helping to alleviate. I want to thank the forum and the doctors and others who provide helpful information on this website. It is amzaing how the body can cure itself with natural remedies and it is wonderful to know that people are willing to share their knowledge to help others and encourage them. Being positive is ultimately important to the healing process, and this forum gives people hope and information to make a good decision. DON'T GIVE UP there is a solution to our many physical and spiritual aliments!
I am not sure if I should continue everyday with the Sulphur everyday, but will check back. If anyone knows or has any suggestions that would be great. Pustules still exist, but are lessening, are are not as red/irritated, and have almost stopped coming out. Thanks!!!! PEACE AND BLESSINGS!

Hello. I used the Sulphur 30C for 2 weeks, going on 3 weeks. I did get some small outbreaks overnight, my period is due in a about a week. But the outbreaks are not what they were before at all.

Is it ok to use Berbris Aq-30 w/ the Sulphur 30C?

And I must ask for PMS symptoms/anxiety -- any other complimentary or other suggestions?
