hi friends and homeo doctorsplease put here hieght and weight formula chart on homeo based and sugess to me which medicines are best for lose the weight because i have 35 year old my hieght is 5.7 and my weight is 85 kg

you can judje yourself by calculating your BMI index.
It is weight in kilogram divided by height in meter squared. for ideal weight ,BMI should be less than 25.
Example. My hieght is 185 cm. ie, 1.85 meter.
square of that is 3.4225.
My weight is 92. so 92 divided by 3.4225 equals 26.9. means iam slightly overwieght.
