Chronic constipation and scalp itch

Hi,

This is for my wife. She has a chronic constipation and a bad scalp itch. She took Graphites 30 C a week back for about 4 days, taking 2 doses a day but that has made her very irritable. Her constipation and scalp itch have stayed the same.

Here are her detailed set of symptoms. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Mind : Great tendency to start things but cannot persevere. Very emotional and child-like. Loves to tease. The way she
dresses is very important to her. Has a tendency to dwell on the past. Gets despondent easily. Easily excitable.
She is not forgiving and has a tendency to form grudges. Can sacrifice a lot for her loved ones. Loves to touch and loves being touched to show affection. Is very talkative. Is very sensitive and caring.

Head : Scalp itches very badly. Dandruff sticks to the scalp. Scalp also emits an odour. Sometimes she scratches her scalp so badly , that it bleeds. Gets much better after washing the head. Itching is gone on the day she washes her hair/head and it returns the next evening.

Great hairloss.

Face: Sickly skin and dark circles around eyes. Acne.

Stomach/ Digestion : Craves for sweets. Likes spicy food. Stomach has gas but she doesn't pass any flatus. It rumbles in her stomach.
Much belching. Constipation with no urge for 3-4 days. Stools in the form of hard black balls.

Generalities : Her feet and hands are always cold. Her left hand goes numb often , especially when she wakes up from sleep.

Female symptoms : Late menses with scanty discharge and great pain.

Family history : Has family history of tube pregnancy, stone in gall bladder, fibroids in uterus , all on the maternal side.

Paternal side has diabetes and blood pressure.

I forgot to mention that she loves to pre-plan and imagine about things which might well never happen. She is very fancyful and chimerical.

Should we antidote it with Nux Vomica before starting Sepia ?

no need to antidote..just start SEPIA 30c two times a day for some days.

Hi Dr. Rishimba,

I have given her Sepia for the past 2 days ( 2 doses each day ) and she has developed a fever and headache since today morning.

She did clear her bowels very well yesterday which was an improvement.

Should I continue the remedy for some more days ? If yes, for how many days?

please stop the remedies..as on now and watch the symptoms if they recurr in the future.

let the fever and headache subside and if the symptoms re-appear, she should take a few more doses or some doses of the 200c potency.
