Odor problems related?

Several problems, I don’t know where to start. Not even sure if they are related. First problem is my breath. It’s horrid. I get the little white tonsil stones and they smell bad but it’s a distinctive odor. I also get another odor that I think might be from my stomach or sinuses. I can’t seem to nail it down. I brush my teeth and tongue, rinse with mouth wash and then with hydrogen peroxide, pick the white stones out with a rubber dental pick and even put drops of hydrogen peroxide and mouth wash inside the little tonsil holes. That seems to work fine for the mouth, for a short time, but when I take beep breaths or talk or even breathe just through my nose, the other odor is there. I can’t always smell it myself but when I see the reaction on some peoples faces, I know it’s bad.
Second problem is gas. I pass gas all day long. I call it “crop dusting” for lack of a better word. Most of the time it just seeps out and I can’t really control it unless I hold constant pressure. That gets a little tiring after a few minuets so I just let it go.
Thirdly, I have a problem with not being able to get it all when I wipe after going to the bathroom. I almost always feel wet like something is seeping out so I have to go back and re accomplish the paperwork, if you get my drift. I’m sure that that odor lingers as well. I’m in the military and we really don’t have specialist. I have to get a referral in order to go off base to see one. Even if we did, I wouldn’t know what kind of doctor to go to. I am so embarrassed and depressed over this that I can’t even get the courage up to go see the doctor. I don’t go out with friend or even my family any more. I’ve become more or less a recluse. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
