Sebaceous Cysts?

I am a doula (childbirth assistant) and have a client about to give birth who is very embarrassed by what her doc believes are many tiny sebaceous cysts on her outer labia.

She says they don't cause pain, but sometimes can drain white pasty discharge when she squeezes them. Some she cannot get to discharge at all and she says she has had them for years. Her Doc is unconcerned, but she has told me they are bothersome just knowing they are there and I am worried this will negatively affect her birth experience (When her doc saw them he seemed surprised and almost critical her for having so many. It made her feel ashamed and self-conscious and worried about what others would think if they saw the cysts when she gave birth.)

I had a bartholin abcess not long ago and used silicea and castor oil compresses to get it to clear up (along with a naturopthic remedy called cystiplus.) Would something like this be beneficial to her? Or maybe another remedy? Is this safe to use while pregnant? Should she wait until after baby is here (and if so can she do the treatment while breastfeeding?)

I really appreciate any info. My client is unfamiliar with the benefits of homeopathy, but was interested in learning if there was a safe remedy she could try before the birth. I told her I'd try to gather the info and sort it out with her.
