Head Full of Thoughts _ Overflowing

For myself.

I get a bit lost in escapist thoughts which fill my head.

It is a bit like I am trying to control events that are long past.

As if I can't come to terms with a situation in mundane reality.

I tend to over analysis things, over concentrate and this leads to tired eyes and a stiff neck and headache that often I cannot shift.

I think my eyes are a part of this.

OK the month has passed.

Yes I'd agree that this has changed an element of me fundamentally.

Still feel a bit Hysterical. A bit panicky.

I don't feel incrontrol of myself. This may be a very high expectation.
