Hydrocele problem of my son (18 months age)

have male child of 18 months age. He has the problem of hydrocele. His right scortum is big enough than left scortum. Please sugeest me is it treated by surgry or by homepathy medicine or it will normal by passing age. If homeopathy medicine is best suit for it than please write me the name of homeopthy medicine with does and if it is treated only by operation than at what age he can take surgry.

Rhodendrum-30 is specific remedy for left scortum. I have cured one case like this with this remedy.

What is your opinion in this regard.

but in children I am using arnica and getting a good result. Idea behind baby compressed the testies in the womb.
