Breasts and Physique

My fiance is 21 and a half years old.Her breasts are not grown (developed) as yet she is thin (very thin)and doesnot eat a lot.She doesnot do breakfast at all.Her weight is 10 Kg less than the proportion should be wrt height.Her height is 4feet 8 inches.We are planning to get married next yer.Is it the right decision.Won't it cause complications after marrige for her.

Please suggest medicines for increase in breasts and improved phsique that is ideal for girls of her age.
