liquid drops to stop sneezing.

I was given liquid drops (brown color) to arrest sneezing, pain in nose and nose bleeding.
Can any one tell name and suggested concentration of this remedy.

if haven't tryed it yet---then carefully smell--please describe the odor---brown color is indicative of possibility being a tincture ---

its smell is like diluted preserved blood/ dried wallnut. on taste it tends to clog the toungue buds and pretty pungent type smell.
