Menstrual Cramps/Pain
My lovely sister suffers every month from PMS and menstrual pain and spasms. Is there anything you suggest might help her so she doesn't have to take so many pain medication?Thanks in advance. By the way, you told me I could use Ceanothus Amer for my spleen discomfort. Guess what, it is gone, no more pain, not only on the left side but also on the right side. Thanks so much.

Stop all the medicine and continue the following medicine for 3 month for complete cure.
1. Pulsatilla 30C three times in a day
2. Mag. phos 3x 4 tab three times in a day

There is a website that I set up myself to share with woman about my personal experiences with SEVERE menstrual pain from the age of 18, I'm now 33. Her age is : 25
Physical appreaance: Normal
Appetite: Low
Lack of Blood:
Stomach is upset and in night it become life drum sound.
she says the when the bleeding the pain the relived.
She use PANADOL EXTRA in order for relief.
She told me that docotor told me that after marriage it will be fine.
