This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hmm I don't know as I'd suggest a remedy for this- but I think it can be solved. First, how are you acting when you take him on these walks in new surroundings? Do you comfort him when he's scared?

A dog can't be automatically cured of a behavior problem. They are usually superficial evidence of a lack of leader-ship. You must be the leader- or else your dog will be completely confused.

Yes, he is near confort when we both walk him (with my wife), he will come between us, very close to us. I never try to dragg him for walk, when we reach home He start drag me home..late nights he stops and look around (much confortable). but in day time when the people are running around, he is scared of walk, he doesnt stop at all, he start run (drag) towards home.

Dear yoga

Give your dog Bach flower remedies Honey suckle followed by or along with Walnut.(dose=4 drops twice daily for a month). In my opinion your relocation from village to urban area has caused uneasiness and difficulty in settling to the new setting in the animal. Above mentioned things will ease the animal and make it self-assured to adjust to new sorroundings.
